Before you begin, here are answers.
Most parents are hesitant at first. That is completely normal. We send your parent a link on WhatsApp. They click it, join a call room in their browser, and our interviewer guides them through the first session with a warm, thoughtful question about their childhood. After the first session, most parents ask when the next one is.
Three things you cannot replicate on your own. First, our questions are designed to trigger specific memories. Not "tell me about your life" but "what did your house smell like during Diwali when you were ten?" Second, our system builds on previous sessions, so each conversation goes deeper. Third, we transform the raw conversation into a structured, beautifully written narrative in your parent's voice. Not a transcript, not a summary. A story.
Recordings are encrypted and stored for 30 days after story delivery. You can request permanent deletion at any time by replying DELETE on WhatsApp. We are fully GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted.
