Your family’s stories are private.
Reminology is built by Dorp.ai BV, incorporated in the Netherlands. We treat your parent’s recordings, transcripts, and stories as private data and handle them in line with the GDPR. Our full privacy policy is being finalised; the summary below reflects how we operate today.
What we store
Voice recordings, transcripts, the written stories we produce, and any photos you add. Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are retained for 30 days after your story is delivered.
Where it lives
On EU-hosted servers only. Your data never leaves Europe. WhatsApp is used only as the delivery channel; your story data lives on our servers, not on Meta’s infrastructure.
How to delete it
Reply ‘DELETE’ to any of our WhatsApp messages. Every recording, transcript, and story is permanently erased within 24 hours. This is your right under GDPR Article 17.
